Band Of Horses- Infinite Arms:
(Columbia, 2010)

Following on from the somber Cease to Begin and Everything All The Time this is the third album from Band of Horses.
“Factory” with heart-swelling strings makes the opening statement on Infinite Arms, which puts it in equal league with the previous Band of Horses opening tracks, a trademark of this band, who specialise in brooding melancholy.

Infinite Arms takes the an emotional view through bleak landscape of alt country, providing a new level of intimate insight into the world of Band of Horse’s singer, Ben Bridwell. As it has become distinctive characteristic of their sound through the previous albums, Bridwell’s soaring vocals dominate this release.
